CROWN (Sahasrara): Associated color - WHITE. Located
slightly above the top of the head, with its ksehtram (superficial
activation point) at the top of the head.

THIRD EYE (Ajna): Associated color - VIOLET, INDIGO, or
DEEP BLUE. Located in the brain, directly behind the center of
the forehead. Its ksehtram (superficial activation point) is
between the eyebrows at the position of the “third eye.”

THROAT (Vishudda): Associated color - LIGHT, PALE BLUE
and WHITE. Located at the throat region, near the spine,
with its kshetram (superficial activation point) in the pit
of the throat.

HEART (Anahata): Associated color - GREEN. Located in
the central channel in the spine at the heart, with its kshetram
(superficial activation point) between the breasts.

SOLAR PLEXUS (Manipura): Associated color - YELLOW.
Located at the solar plexus, with its kshetram (superficial
activation point) behind the navel.

SACRAL (Svadhishthana): Associated color - ORANGE.
Located near the coccyx (tailbone), two finger-widths above
the root chakra. Its kshetram (superficial activation point) is
the pubic bone.

ROOT (Muladhara): Associated color - RED. Located near the
basal end of the spinal column, in the vicinity of the coccygeal
plexus beneath the sacrumit, while its kshetram (superficial
activation point) is located on the perineum.
